This is the official keychain that was only available at Jay Z & Beyonce's ON THE RUN II tour and was one of the hottest and most desirable merchandise items! It was very difficult to purchase it! The keychain is in silver tone and has a pair of handcuff charms on chains with the "OTR II" logo on one and "J+B" on the other. Each charm measures approximately 1 3/8" long by 1 1/8" wide and the whole keychain measures approximately 4 1/2" long.
